Migraine tracking should not make a migraine harder
Most headache diaries expect you to complete a long form at exactly the moment when looking at a bright screen, typing, and thinking clearly may be difficult.
Migraine Manager takes a different approach. When an attack begins, one tap starts a log in a calm, low-light interface with no typing required. You can capture the moment quickly, put your phone down, and return later to add symptoms, aura, medication, hydration, food timing, weather, suspected triggers, and notes.
Build a useful history without perfect data entry
Those quick logs gradually become an organized record of attack frequency, duration, severity, medication use, and recurring patterns. Instead of trying to remember everything at your next appointment, you can review your history and bring a clearer summary to your clinician.
Migraine Manager is designed for both occasional attacks and chronic migraine. It supports quick attack logging, medication-day tracking, ongoing review, and reminders to complete missing details when you feel able.
Private and useful from the first log
Core tracking works offline, directly on your device, without requiring an account. Basic logging is free, while optional Pro features add deeper trends, correlations, sync, advanced widgets, medication-safety analysis, and clinician-ready exports.
Migraine Manager is available now for iPhone and iPad.

Why I built it
Migraine Manager grew from a simple frustration: many migraine trackers are hardest to use at the exact moment they are needed most.
The goal was to build something calm enough for photophobia, simple enough for brain fog, and flexible enough to capture details later. A quick, imperfect log that actually gets recorded is more useful than a perfect diary someone stops using.

Medical note
Migraine Manager is a personal health journal, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent migraine or any medical condition. Always follow your clinician's advice for diagnosis, medication, and treatment decisions.
